YOUR HEALTH MATTERS TO US

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga can improve postural imbalances by unwinding holding patterns and re-educating muscles through passive stretching. Deep Pranayama breathing is used to oxygenate the muscles and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, (AKA rest and digest), to create the optimal healing experience.  We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced classes. Whether this is your first class or you just want to continue your yoga repertoire Optimal Wellness and Nutrition is the right place for you! All of our services are restorative in nature and intended to be stepping stones on your road to recovery! For a more meditative experience,  we also offer Hatha Yoga classes.
